Dew Collector Designed for a Future where Global Warming has Caused Increased Desertification.

Airrigation is a passive atmospheric moisture collection system intended to help supply clean drinking water in arid environments. Designed to be a durable, low cost solution to lack of potable water in impoverished regions. Polyethylene panels embedded with titanium dioxide microcapsules cool below the point of condensation. The condensed water droplets then flow to a storage vessel. The collector is able to gather up to 5 liters of water per day. Airrigation is collapsible and easily transported. It can be arranged into dew farms to provide clean water for a village. Project phases included conceptualization, development, 3D modeling and rendering.
